Insurers have no duty to defend Jesuits in sex abuse case

An appellate court in Illinois has affirmed a trial court decision granting summary judgment to a group of insurers who claimed that they had no duty to defend the Chicago Province of the Society of Jesus against claims for sexual abuse brought by students at a Jesuit high school.
