The former board chair of a nonprofit has no claim against individual directors of the organization for improper use of his name and likeness in soliciting contributions when the complaint contains no allegations that they expropriated plaintiff’s property for their own purposes or took actions to cause the corporation to improperly exploit the plaintiff’s name and likeness, the Court of Chancery of Delaware has ruled.
