A nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital who was ordered to stop talking about her religious prediction about the end of the world has lost her claim of violation of the state’s prohibition against discrimination on the basis of religion. A federal District Court has dismissed the case for failure to make out a prima facie case against the medical center. The woman, a devout Christian, said she was told by her cousin to read a certain passage in the Bible and that was told by God to read other passages.
