Association exec denied whistleblower protection

The executive director of a nonprofit trade association who warned the association’s president of possible antitrust violations has lost a claim that he was terminated in retaliation for whistleblowing.  An appellate court in Missouri has affirmed a trial court’s summary judgment in favor of the association.
