Contractor’s employee can’t sue client

The “onsite representative” of an independent contractor may not sue a nonprofit association client for harassment and retaliation when the association is not the “joint employer” of the employee.  A federal District Court in Colorado has dismissed the claims when it found that the association did not have sufficient control over the work of the employee.
