Directors can’t remove members’ right to vote

The directors of AMVETS, Department of California Service Foundation do not have the authority to unilaterally amend the organization’s Constitution to remove the right of the members of AMVETS to elect them.  An appellate court in California has affirmed a trial court decision ruling that the purported change was void and ineffective.
