No time limit on AG’s breach of fiduciary duty action

A federal District Court in Rhode Island has reconsidered a previous opinion and agreed with the Attorney General of Massachusetts that there is no statute of limitations in Massachusetts that limits the time within which the Attorney General may bring a breach of fiduciary duty action against the directors of a public charity.
